Build Back Better Analysis of Post-Earthquake Recovery in Kaikoura, New Zealand
This project is looking at the recovery process following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that occurred in Kaikoura a small coastal town on the south island of New Zealand on 14 November 2016.
The findings of this case study are used to inform the development of the Build Back Better Tool.
BBB TOOLKIT FOR AUCKLAND COMMUNITIES
Enhancing the disaster preparedness and resilience of Auckland communities through teaching BBB Principles
The focus of this project is to identify how BBB principles can be made relevant and taught to local communities to enhance their disaster preparedness and resilience. This one year project adopts selected Auckland communities to develop and test a board game to teach BBB principles.
The findings of this case study are used to inform the development of the Build Back Better Tool.
